A unique strength of PUSPADI Bali is that the organisation is 75% staffed by local Balinese people with physical disabilities. This is viewed as an organisational strength as our staff understand the complexity of living with a disability and are great role models within the community. “By Us For Us!”

The four members of the Management Team include our Director, administration manager, finance manager and driver. PUSPADI Bali’s management team continues its focus on training and professional excellence, as well as opportunities for developing capacity, to ensure best practise and quality services are provided.

Originally seeing 191 clients in the first year, they now identify and assess in excess of 650 clients per year. They personally understand the needs of our clients and are experts when it comes to assessing, measuring and providing mobility aids.
